In Livermore, CA, 44-year-old C.H. was convicted of sexually abusing two 14-year-old boys. When the abuse came to light, it was discovered that she has taken tens of thousands of dollars from her husband's dental practice in order to buy expensive gifts for her victims. As part of grooming her victims, she showered them with widescreen televisions, iPhones, Xboxes, PlayStations, etc. The relationships became sexual and when they came to light, she was sentenced to five years in prison. She was released after two and a half years and put on parole.
Known as the "Hummer Mom" because of the Hummer she drove around Livermore, she has again entered the limelight because of a parole violation and the possibility of cyber-bulling. She was released from prison on February 10th and then rearrested on February 15th. According to the report, her parole officer found pornography in her home, a violation of her parole. She is now being held on a no-bail bond. Making the case even more complicated is the fact cyber threats were made towards one of her victims. Police say that she was not involved in these recent threats, but three teenage boys were arrested under suspicion of sending the threats.
It remains to be seen if the Hummer Mom was involved in these threats as well as whether she will have to return to prison for violating the terms of her parole. If you have been accused of violating your parole or even of committing a serious sex crime, it is imperative that you have a strong legal advocate fighting for you. Even the mere hint of a sex crime charge can ruin a person's reputation permanently and so it is necessary that you have a skilled and experienced attorney handling your case.
